How every project on this page started
A brief, a dieline, a prototype approved by the customer, and a made-to-order run wound, die-cut and assembled in our own plant at Hadımköy, Istanbul.
We produce cardboard tubes for retailers, distillers, chocolatiers, cosmetics houses and wellness brands in more than 20 countries. Nothing on this page came off a shelf — diameter, height, print and lid are decided per order, which is why the same six steps apply whether the run is 1,000 pieces or a hundred times that.
Send a brief, a dieline or the product itself. You get a price back within 24 hours.
Our R&D team draws the dieline and confirms the specification with you.
Printed or unprinted samples — approved by courier, or in person in Istanbul.
Winding, labelling, die-cutting and assembly in our own plant.
Retained samples per batch; every file archived for a minimum of two years.
Customs paperwork handled end to end by our in-house export team.
Where our reference brands are based
Istanbul runs one to two hours ahead of most of Europe, so quotes, artwork approvals and changes are settled inside your working day instead of overnight. That single fact is worth more to a launch deadline than it sounds.
The list

What we built for them
Every reference on this page is a made-to-order version of one of these four product families. Inner diameters run from 32 to 195 mm and heights from 50 to 800 mm, and our existing tooling library covers most standard sizes without new tooling cost.
The classic rolled-edge tube. Shoulder boxes, telescopic bodies, clear-bodied and windowed versions — the family most of the beauty and confectionery references on this page are built from.
View the rangeSpiral-wound bodies with metal, peel-off, plastic-cap or shaker-top closures. Used where the contents are loose, powdered or need a genuine seal.
View the rangePremium two-piece and round gift boxes. Heavier board, tighter tolerances and finishing options for spirits, perfume and gifting.

The advantage is not only the ship. It is measured from first enquiry to pallet.
ArtasPack is an FSC® certified cylinder cardboard packaging manufacturer, so the paperwork your compliance team will ask for is already in place.
Each project is matched to the right partner press and technique, with our own incoming inspection on every printed sheet.
Paper-based, mono-material and plastic-free options, designed to meet the requirements of the EU's PPWR.
Comparisons describe general sourcing patterns and will vary by supplier and by project.

Before you ask
Because many brands ask us not to publish their name — usually because the packaging belongs to a launch that has not been announced yet, or because their procurement policy does not permit supplier references. Everything on this page is published with the customer's permission. The full picture is considerably larger than the list above.
Yes. We work with several brands inside the same category, and every brief, dieline and artwork file is kept separate and confidential. Nothing from one project is shown to another customer, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you send us anything at all.
Yes. We produce samples both printed and unprinted. You can have them couriered, or approve them in person at the plant — Hadımköy is twenty minutes from Istanbul Airport, so a buyer can fly in, approve the sample on site and fly home the same day.
Yes. Europe is our primary export region, but we ship to more than 20 countries including the United States. Our working hours overlap with both Europe and the Gulf, and our in-house export team handles customs paperwork end to end.
Send the dimensions — or send us the product itself — and we will draw the dieline for you. We also help place your design onto the dieline and handle similar artwork preparation, so a missing technical file is not a reason to delay a quote.
The minimum order is 1,000 pieces per design. Production starts from three weeks and door-to-door delivery from four weeks, with a quotation back to you within 24 hours of your enquiry. Lead times vary with order quantity and technical specification.
Both. Some briefs come from the brand's own team and some from the design or branding agency working for them — either way there is one contact, one schedule and one quotation.
Yes. We die-cut card fitments and specify foam or moulded inserts to the neck and base profile of your bottle, so it is held steady through export freight — send us the bottle or its drawing and our team returns a structure with the quotation.

A brief, a dieline or the product itself. If you have none of those, the dimensions are enough and we will draw the dieline for you. You will hear back from a specialist within 24 hours with a structure, a specification and a price.
