Moving away from plastic in packaging is no longer a preference; it is what consumers and export markets now expect as standard. In the 100% plastic-free cardboard tubes we produce at ArtasPack, the body, the lid and the base use nothing but paperboard and paper-based materials. A mono-material construction means the pack can go into paper recycling without being taken apart: a simple action for your customer, and a sustainability message your brand can actually stand behind.
Why fully plastic-free? Conventional cylinder boxes often use plastic in the lid, in a window or in internal components, and that makes the pack harder to recycle. Our plastic-free range uses a push-fit paperboard lid and a paperboard base; the surface can be natural kraft or a white board suited to printing. With offset and digital options, your design runs uninterrupted around the full 360 degrees of the tube.
Our paperboard is sourced through an FSC®-C184527 certified supply chain. For brands selling into the European Union, a single-material plastic-free construction is a real advantage when read alongside our PPWR-oriented packaging solutions. With production experience going back to 1986, we stay with you through the whole preparation stage, including placing your artwork onto the dieline.

The cylindrical form makes a difference that is both aesthetic and practical. An uninterrupted 360-degree print surface gives your brand design space a rectangular box cannot offer. The spiral-wound body protects the product against knocks and holds up both on shelf and in e-commerce shipping.

The body is produced from spiral-wound paperboard, with a choice of natural kraft or white board on the surface. Offset and digital printing let you apply your Pantone colours, photographic imagery and detailed typography to the curved surface.
You are not on your own during design: we supply the dieline template for your box and our team helps place your artwork onto it correctly. Before mass production, printed and unprinted samples let you sign off on both the structure and the design.
