Our core product family: shoulder-neck, telescopic, windowed and clear-body round cardboard boxes. They can be made entirely paper-based and printed in 360°.

Prototype & approval
We produce a printed or unprinted sample for approval by courier or in person in Istanbul.

Production
Winding, labelling, cutting and assembly are completed at our facility under our own quality control.

Quality control
Dimensions, print and lids are checked throughout production; a reference sample is retained from every batch.

Dispatch & delivery
Our export team manages palletisation, documents and customs procedures for EXW or door-to-door DAP delivery.
Whether or not you place the order, we securely retain your quotation, specification and artwork files for 24 months, so a repeat order can restart exactly where you left off.
Sustainability
Sustainability is not a claim; it is a material and process decision.
Our products are paper-based and can be up to 100% recyclable. We prioritise recycled fibre in raw-material sourcing and remove polymer components entirely from our plastic-free range. As the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) becomes stricter, this is a commercial advantage as well as an environmental one.

What is the MOQ for cylinder boxes?
The MOQ is 1,000 units per design. Share your annual and per-shipment quantities and we can quote several volume tiers side by side.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 24 hours of your enquiry, with structure, specification and price together. If you do not have a dieline, the dimensions are enough — we will prepare it.
What sizes do you produce?
We manufacture every made-to-order combination between 32–195 mm inner diameter and 50–800 mm height. Our extensive tooling library means standard sizes usually require no new tooling.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We first prepare a scaled 3D visual, followed by a printed or unprinted physical sample. You can also attend the print approval and sign off the sample in person.
Are you FSC® certified?
ArtasPack is an FSC®-certified cardboard cylinder box manufacturer (licence code FSC®-C184527). FSC®-certified production is available on request.
Do you handle printing as well?
Printing and specialist finishes are handled by long-term partner printers selected for each project. Offset, digital and special finishes remain under one quotation and one point of responsibility. Every printed sheet is inspected at our facility before winding.
