Eco-Friendly Packaging
The weakest point of a brand built on a natural claim is usually its packaging: the label says natural, and the pack has a plastic window, a shrink sleeve and a vacuum tray. The boxes in this family exist to remove that contradiction. The body is wound from kraft or white board, bonded with water-based adhesive, and recyclable in the normal paper waste stream. If you want it, we build the box entirely plastic-free — window film, inner tray and lid liner included.
Four solutions
Stick deodorant tube — a push-up paperboard mechanism, an alternative to the plastic tube for solid deodorant and balm. Kraft cylinder tubes — uncoated kraft body, natural texture. Plastic-free (all-paperboard) box — one material, one waste stream. EU PPWR-oriented cylinder boxes — for brands selling into Europe, designed to meet the requirements of the regulation. The boards we use meet FSC® (C184527) standards, and we specify inks free of heavy metals. Diameters run from 32 mm to 195 mm, built to your product. Minimum order 1,000 units, lead time from 4 weeks after print approval.
