Send us dimensions, volumes and artwork — or just the product itself, and we will work back from it. You have a quotation within 24 hours. Where it helps we price two or three specifications side by side as well as across quantity breaks, so you can see what a different board, liner or closure actually costs before you commit. Every quotation, specification and artwork file is archived for at least two years, so a repeat order starts where you left off rather than from scratch.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN & TOOLING
Our R&D team specifies the construction, board and closure, then returns a dieline with the quotation and a free true-to-scale 3D visual of your box before anything is cut. No dieline yet? We draw it, place your design on it and optimise the graphics for print. We hold a large library of existing dies across cylinder types, so standard diameters carry no new tooling cost; project-specific tooling is produced on request.
PROTOTYPE & SAMPLE APPROVAL
A physical sample — printed or unprinted — is produced for approval, and you sign off both the structure and the artwork before anything goes into mass production. You are welcome to attend the press approval or sign the sample off in person at the printing house. Being twenty minutes from Istanbul Airport makes that a day trip rather than a week.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Winding, labelling, die-cutting, assembly and quality control happen in our own plant, with capacity for up to 40,000 tubes a day. Printing and specialist post-press run with partner houses we have worked with for years, under our own quality controls — every printed sheet passes our incoming inspection before it reaches the winder. Dimensional, print and closure checks run throughout the batch, and we keep retained samples of every one.
EXPORT & DELIVERY
Finished tubes are palletised in custom-size shipping cartons carrying your own pallet and carton labelling, and shipped EXW or DAP to your door. Our export team handles the customs paperwork end to end. For full truck loads to Central Europe transit runs from seven days**, so door-to-door delivery is from four weeks* — weeks ahead of a container from the Far East.

ArtasPack is a manufacturer, not a trading house. The steps below run on our own machines at Hadımköy, Istanbul, under our own staff and our own quality controls:

A print network, not a single press
Printing and specialist post-press — lamination, foil stamping, embossing — we place with established partner houses rather than running one press of our own, and that is deliberate. A manufacturer with a single press can only offer you what that press does. We match each project to the right house and the right technique, so offset, digital and specialist finishes all arrive under one quotation, one schedule and one point of accountability. Every printed sheet passes our own incoming inspection before it reaches the winder.
We say which step happens where up front, because for a buyer auditing a supply chain that information is itself a mark of quality.

Printing, decoration and finishing
A cylinder looks like a simple shape, which is exactly why precision decides the result: balanced wall thickness, a smooth seam, the gentle glide of a lid, crisp embossing. These are the finishes we specify and inspect most often.
- Print — full-wrap offset, digital short runs, Pantone matching across body, rim and lid so a global brand system carries onto a curved surface without a shift in tone
- Decoration — gold and silver hot-foil, blind emboss, deboss, screen print
- Surface — soft-touch laminate, matte, gloss, spot UV, textured and embossed stocks
- Interior — printed liners, die-cut card inserts, foam and moulded fitments, barrier liners
Materials and sustainability in production
Our products are paper-based and near-100% recyclable, we prioritise recycled fibre in raw material sourcing, and our plastic-free range removes polymer components entirely — body, lid and closure are all paper. The board we specify falls under our FSC® chain-of-custody certification, licence code FSC®-C184527, and structures are designed to meet the requirements of the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). Food-grade liners and barrier specification are available on request.

What we need from you to start
- Dimensions — internal diameter and height, or the product to be housed
- Structure — rolled edge, composite, luxury rigid cylinder or eco-friendly family
- Closure — card, telescopic, metal, peel-off, plastic cap or shaker
- Artwork — vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts outlined, plus Pantone references. No dieline yet is not a problem
- Finish — foil, emboss, soft-touch, spot UV, varnish — or a reference sample
- Volume — annual and per-release quantities; give us two or three and we quote them side by side
- Compliance — food contact, barrier or certification requirements

Which steps do you carry out yourselves, and which do you outsource?
Winding, labelling, die-cutting, assembly and quality control are ours, in our own plant. Printing and specialist post-press such as lamination, foil stamping and embossing run with partner houses we have worked with for years, under our quality controls, with our incoming inspection on every printed sheet. We state this openly rather than claiming a single roof that includes printing.
What is your production capacity?
Up to 40,000 cardboard tubes per day. Minimum order is 1,000 pieces, production starts from 3 weeks* and door-to-door delivery runs from 4 weeks*.
Can I visit the plant or attend the press approval?
Yes, and buyers regularly do. The site is twenty minutes from Istanbul Airport, so you can fly in, walk the floor, sign your sample off in person and be home the same day. Arrange a visit.
Do you keep samples and records after the order ships?
Retained samples are kept for every production batch, and every quotation, specification and artwork file is archived for a minimum of two years. A repeat order or a re-quote starts from that record.
Will I need to pay for tooling?
Usually not. We hold a large library of existing dies across cylinder types, so standard inner diameters within the 32–195 mm range are produced on tooling we already own. Project-specific tooling is made on request when a brief needs it.
