Luxury Paper Cylinder Boxes for Serum and Dropper Bottles
Let buyers feel the value of your serum before they read the label. Our luxury printed paper tubes are built as secondary packaging for glass dropper bottles, essential oils and tinctures, where the fragile part is not the bottle but the pipette inside it. A wound cylinder absorbs the vibration and drop impact of parcel shipping, while a fitted insert stops the bottle moving at all. The continuous printable surface carries your brand story without a seam or a corner to interrupt it. Diameters from 32 mm to 195 mm, all paper rolled edge lids, FSC board, minimum order 1,000 pieces, lead time from 4 weeks. ArtasPack has been winding paper tubes in Istanbul since 1986.

Why a paper cylinder box for serum bottles
1. Protection where the pipette is
Serum bottles are valuable and fragile, and the glass pipette is the weakest part of the pack. Unlike a folding carton, our spiral wound cylinder walls are multi-layer and rigid at 1.5 mm to 2 mm wall thickness, giving high resistance to both vertical stacking and side compression. A die-cut EVA foam or board insert grips 30 ml, 50 ml or custom bottles to within a millimetre, so the vibration and knocks of e-commerce delivery are absorbed by the tube instead of reaching the glass. Fewer leaking pipettes on arrival, fewer replacement shipments.
2. Lead the shift to paper
Paperisation is now a purchasing criterion, not a marketing line. Compared with plastic secondary packaging, a paper cylinder cuts the carbon footprint of the pack substantially and stays recyclable and biodegradable at end of life. Our board is available FSC certified under licence code C184527, and our printing partners can work with soy based inks while we use water based adhesives in winding. In place of a metal or plastic cap, the all paper rolled edge lid removes plastic from the closure entirely, which is how a clean beauty claim becomes something you can prove.
3. Finishes that do the selling
A cylinder gives you an uninterrupted 360 degree surface with no folds or corners to break the design. For tactile impact we offer soft-touch lamination; for visual impact, hot foil stamping in gold, silver or copper, embossing and debossing on the logo, and spot UV varnish. Offset and digital printing are both available through our printing partners, with Pantone matching so brand colours stay consistent across reorders. Diameters run 32 mm to 195 mm, and winding, labelling, die-cutting and assembly are all done in our own factory.
Our sustainability commitment
Our paper raw materials come from FSC certified sources under licence code C184527, documenting responsible forest management back to the mill. Packs are designed to meet the requirements of the EU PPWR and support the recyclability targets your European customers are already reporting against. Production takes place on energy efficient winding lines in our 6,000 m2 factory at Hadımköy, Istanbul, twenty minutes from Istanbul Airport, with board offcuts returned to recycling. For brands that want an ethical pack rather than just an attractive one, we can document what is in it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We have proven tooling for standard and euro round 30 ml glass dropper bottles, and we size the internal diameter and height to your bottle including the dropper cap, for example 33 mm diameter by 105 mm height. We leave a defined tolerance between the bottle and the tube wall so the bottle is easy to remove but still held securely in transit. Custom diameters from 32 mm to 195 mm are available for other formats.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and design, and lead time is from 4 weeks after artwork approval. The exact schedule depends on the board, the print process and any foil or embossing tooling that has to be made first. Repeat orders to the same specification are faster because the tooling already exists. Tell us your launch date and we will confirm a delivery date against it.
Yes. To stop the bottle moving in transit and to protect the glass pipette, we fit die-cut EVA foam inserts or fully recyclable paper based inserts cut to the profile of your bottle. Paper inserts keep the pack single material for recycling; foam gives a softer, more cushioned presentation. Both hold the bottle upright and centred, which improves the unboxing moment and takes breakage risk in parcel delivery close to zero.
Yes. We supply printed and unprinted samples plus a digital proof, and we issue the die-line, the cutting template your designer places the artwork on. We can also position your artwork on the template for you. A physical mock-up lets you run a fit check with your actual bottle and confirm colours and finishes before mass production, so nothing is discovered after 1,000 pieces have been printed.
