Cylinder Boxes for Gift, Tasting and Cocktail Sets

A tasting set is not one product, it is a route through a range, and the box has to hold several bottles or jars in place while it makes the first argument for the brand. ArtasPack manufactures custom cardboard tubes and cylinder boxes for spirits and wine miniature sets, cocktail kits, coffee and tea flights, chocolate and gourmet gift packs. High density board walls of 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm carry the stacking load, and laser or CNC cut EVA seats stop glass touching glass in transit. Diameters run from 32 mm to 195 mm with free height selection, minimum order is 1,000 pcs and lead time starts at 4 weeks.

Boxes for gift and tasting sets

Why a cylinder works for multi-bottle sets

1. Engineered protection for glass

The risk in any tasting set is glass against glass. A cylinder has no weak corner to fold, and the curved wall spreads impact around the circumference instead of concentrating it on one edge, so at a wall thickness of 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm the pack takes stacking load and courier handling without deforming.
Inside, we cut the seat to your bottle. High density EVA foam, rigid foam or die-cut cardboard separators, laser or CNC profiled and optionally velvet faced, hold each nip, jar or vial apart and absorb vibration. Your set reaches the customer as it left the line.

2. Built around your set list

Send us the bottles and we build the geometry around them. A vertical stack of three 50 ml miniatures, a rosette of five, a carafe with two tasting glasses, a coffee flight with a jar of beans in the centre: each layout gets its own die-line and its own foam profile.
Diameters from 32 mm to 195 mm and any practical height let you avoid the compromise of forcing a set into a stock size. We supply the cutting template, place your artwork on it and check the seam and lid overlap before print, so the label lands where you drew it.

3. An unboxing worth filming

Gifting is judged in the first five seconds. A telescopic lid made to a controlled friction fit lifts slowly against the trapped air instead of pulling free, which turns the opening into a small ceremony rather than a rip.
On the outside, hot foil stamping in gold, silver or copper, embossing and debossing, spot UV and soft touch lamination let you carry a quiet luxury look without shouting on the label. Window cut-outs, ribbon pulls, printed inner walls and a separate outer sleeve for seasonal editions are all available through our printing partners.

Luxury without the plastic

Premium presentation used to mean vacuum formed plastic trays. It no longer has to. Our board is FSC® certified under licence code C184527 and traceable to responsibly managed forests, and with a rolled edge or flat cardboard lid instead of a metal or plastic one you can specify a fully paper based, recyclable set box.
Die-cut cardboard separators replace foam where the product allows. Water based inks, solvent free adhesives and food-contact coatings are specified on request, and the range is designed to meet the requirements of the EU’s PPWR.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs per printed design, including the die-cut foam or cardboard insert. Because a set box carries custom tooling for both the tube and the seat, that quantity is what keeps the unit price sensible for a seasonal or gifting run. Repeat editions on the same diameter and layout are quicker and cheaper, since the tooling already exists and only the print changes. Send your bottle drawings with the RFQ.

Yes. From standard 50 ml miniatures to a custom carafe, shaker or tasting glass, we profile the seat to the individual product. Send technical drawings in AI or PDF, or ship us a physical sample, and we cut high density EVA foam or cardboard nests by laser or die to a millimetre fit. Velvet facing is available where the interior is part of the presentation, and multi-level layouts let you stack bottles above an accessory tray.

Yes, with the right inner specification. Most set boxes act as secondary packaging around sealed bottles or pouches, in which case a plain white or kraft inner face is fine. Where chocolate, dragees, loose tea, coffee or spices sit directly against the board, we line the inner surface with a food-contact material such as aluminium foil lamination, a PE barrier or a greaseproof paper. Tell us the product at RFQ stage so we specify the liner correctly.

Yes. We supply the die-line template for your chosen diameter and height and help you position artwork on it, so nothing falls on the seam or under the lid. Printed and unprinted samples of comparable boxes are available immediately, and for your own design we produce a pre-production mock-up with the actual insert so you can load your bottles and test the fit. Production starts only after you sign that off, with lead time from 4 weeks.
