Products

We build cylinder packaging to your product’s own dimensions — since 1986, at up to 40,000 units a day, for brands in more than 20 countries.

A cylinder does two things a square box cannot. Its cornerless body spreads impact across the whole surface, and it hands your design an uninterrupted 360-degree canvas. For glass jars, bottles, powders and anything either fragile or worth showing off, that is where packaging stops being a cost line and starts doing sales work.

We do not sell a standard tool. We measure your product’s diameter and build the tube around it.

What you probably want to know before asking for a quote

  • Diameter range: 32 mm – 195 mm
  • Minimum order: 1,000 units
  • Lead time: from 4 weeks after print approval
  • Samples: printed and unprinted
  • Certification: FSC® (C184527) certified paperboard
  • Shipping into the EU: under the Türkiye–EU Customs Union with an A.TR certificate; UK shipments under the Türkiye–UK Free Trade Agreement

If you already know your diameter and quantity, send them and skip straight to a price.

Which product family should you choose?

Three things decide it: how the product needs to be protected, how often the pack will be opened, and how it has to look on shelf.

Rolled edge — curled rims, the classic cylinder look. The most common answer for gifting, dry food, textiles and promotional sets.

Composite — paperboard body, metal or plastic closure, foil barrier inside where needed. For coffee, spices, powdered drinks and anything that takes on moisture.

Luxury (straight edge) — flat, sharp rims and a wrapped finish. For perfume, spirits, jewellery and corporate gifting, where opening the box is part of what the customer paid for.

Eco-friendly — kraft bodies, push-up paperboard mechanisms and fully plastic-free builds. The family to look at first if you sell into the EU and your brand rests on a natural claim.

We send the dieline, and we help with the artwork

The stage that costs the most time in cylinder packaging is fitting a design to a curved surface: how many millimetres of overlap to leave, where the pattern joins, what goes on the lid area. We do not leave that to you.

We prepare the dieline for your box — dimensioned to your product’s diameter and height. Tell us the diameter and we will send the template. We then place your artwork onto it. If all you have is brand assets rather than a print-ready file, our studio does the graphic assembly.

Printing and post-press finishing — lamination, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV — are carried out with specialist partners we have worked with for years. We say which step happens where, because buyers who audit their supply chain need to know.

Technical options

  • Diameter: 32 mm – 195 mm, from a stick tube to a large gift box
  • Wall thickness: 1.5 mm – 3.0 mm, the upper end for heavy glass jars and bottles
  • Closures: telescopic, metal, plastic, peel-off foil, paperboard — chosen by how often the pack is opened
  • Inner barrier: aluminium, grease and moisture barrier — for coffee, spices and loose product
  • Inner fitments: EVA, foam, board dividers — for glass bottles and sets

Winding, labelling, die-cutting and assembly are done in our own facility.

Sustainability and EU compliance

The paperboard we use is sourced under our FSC® chain of custody (C184527), and we specify inks free of heavy metals.

Our cylinder boxes are designed to meet the requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). A predominantly mono-material paper construction goes into the established paper recycling stream, and a tube built to the product’s actual diameter keeps you well clear of the empty-space rules that apply from 2030.

Telescopic bodies nest inside one another, so they take less volume in transport than a square box — which lowers both your freight cost and your transport footprint.

When your European customer sends a packaging compliance form, the data they are asking for is data we can supply: material composition and grammage, component breakdown and weights, dimensions and dieline specification, and the FSC® reference. There is more on our PPWR-oriented solutions page.

Why ArtasPack

We entered the offset printing industry in 1986, made our first cylinder packaging export in 2006, and today produce for more than 20 countries. Our 6,000 m² facility in Hadımköy is twenty minutes from Istanbul Airport and turns out up to 40,000 cardboard tubes a day. A European launch quantity is not a special project for us; it is an ordinary week.

PAPER TUBE MANUFACTURER. Send us your product’s diameter, height and the quantity you have in mind, and we will come back with a diameter recommendation, a dieline and a price.
